Write from experience
Review websites or services you have genuinely used. Do not post on behalf of someone else, coordinate artificial ratings, or create multiple accounts to influence a score.
Be specific and honest
Describe what happened, when it happened, and what you liked or disliked. State opinions as opinions, and avoid presenting guesses or rumors as facts.
Protect personal information
Do not include phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, passwords, private messages, or other sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else.
Keep it respectful
No threats, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, sexually explicit content, or content intended to shame or intimidate another person.
Do not misuse reviews
Do not publish illegal content, copyright-infringing material, deceptive promotions, malware links, or content unrelated to the website being reviewed.
Reporting and moderation
Use the report option when a review appears to break these guidelines. Reports are reviewed for policy concerns; a report does not automatically remove a review.
